Creamy Sweet Cole Slaw

1 medium head cabbage, grated
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 teaspoon celery seeds
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
