Fresh Berries and Cream

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 4-6

1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 ounce Grand Marinier liqueur
3/4 ounce Chambord liqueur
3/4 ounce banana liqueur
pinch of cinnamon
vanilla bean ice cream
whipped cream
fresh mint for garnish

In a medium saucepan combine the freash berries, sugar, liqueurs and cinnamon. Heat on medium heat until the sugar is dissoled. Cool slightly.

Place 1 large scoop of vanilla bean ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls. Spoon the berry mixture over the ice cream, top with whipped cream and mint leaves.
