Roasted Garlic Dressing

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Makes about 4 cups

3/4 cup fresh garlic
2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons ranch-style dressing mix

Place whole garlic heads in a pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Brush the heads with olive oil before baking if desired.

Set aside and allow to cool. Squeeze the cloves the skins. (At this point, the roasted garlic is also delicious served on crusty bread.)

Process the roast garlic in a food processor. Add the mayonnaise, butter milk and seasoning. Blend the ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
