BLT RANCH DRESSING
Ted's Montana Grill Restaurant Recipe
1 teaspoon garlic paste (in the tube)
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4-1/2 cup buttermilk
4 sliced bacon, cooked and drained of fat and crumbled
2 medium tomatoes, diced (seeds taken out)
Whisk together all the ingredients except bacon and tomatoes. Gently stir in bacon and tomatoes and serve immediately. Keeps in refrigerator up to one week.
